The Warluis Aviation Museum
The Musée de l'Aviation in Warluis, in the Oise region of France, is the place to be if you're interested in aviation. Created in 1995, this local institution offers 1,000m2 dedicated to aviation and the aviators of the Second World War.
During your visit, you'll discover 1,000 objects (instrument panels, models, uniforms, etc.) and 1,600 photographs devoted to aviation during the 39-45 war. The museum is divided into several sectors:
The French sector
The British sector
The American sector
The German sector
The engine section
Outside the museum, you can admire real aircraft such as the two-seater Fouga CM-170 Magister and the emblematic Mirage IIIE n°573, the museum's flagship.
The Musée de l'Aviation is open from 1 March to 11 November on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Admission is €6 per adult and €2.50 per child (aged 6 to 16). The museum is free for children under 6.
